The peace of mind this service brings is PRICELESS. Charlsi is so calm and knowledgable and made us feel like everything was under control. Aside from saving me HOURS of time (I've dealt with 2 cases at home over the past few years and I wasted sooo many hours, and so much unnecessary stress, treating my daughter myself) she also taught me so much about the lifecycle of the bugs, how to clean the house without driving myself crazy, and what I was doing wrong when I did the treatment at home. If (when) we get it again, I won't think twice about booking with Lice Lifters.

The staff was very nice and accommodating! They treated my whole family quickly and efficiently, making a stressful situation much better! Will definitely go back (hoping it never happens again though!)!

Anna was super sweet and knowledgeable every time I talked to her on the phone after nits were discovered in my kid's hair the day before school started. We did the treatment at home and Anna booked us an appointment for the next day for a comb out and to check the rest of us. Maddi helped us at the appointment and was very patient and sweet with our two littles. A stressful discovery was made less stressful by these 2 amazing ladies!

Lice Lifters were absolutely wonderful to work with! Anna was incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable, and very thorough. We came as a precautionary measure on our way back from a residential summer camp and Anna put our minds at ease and made the entire simple for us! If I could give 6 stars, I would!!

Preventative check after coming home from overnight summer camp (no lice thankfully). Anna was very responsive in scheduling the appointment, incredibly thorough in the checks for my family, very patient with the kids, and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough.

Was having my 11yo son’s hair cut when I got informed by the girl who has been cutting his hair for years that she noted lice! (thanks summer camp!) Got same day appointment here and got my appointment moved earlier in the day even, when I explained our situation (I need my entire family checked!). She was very accommodating.
